v0.0.123

Release Notes
A small accessibility fix: the old vendor-prefixed flexbox fallbacks in inline styles and a page's <style> blocks no longer turn accessibility failures into warnings.
Fixed
- The accessibility checks that skip hidden controls now read vendor-prefixed
displayvalues (-webkit-box,-webkit-flex,-ms-flexbox,-moz-boxand the like) as values that show the element. The old flexbox fallback chain (display: -webkit-box; display: -webkit-flex; display: -ms-flexbox; display: flex) used to make the whole declaration block unreadable, which could leave the unnamed controls under it unconfirmed, soa11y/button-nameand the other naming checks can fail those controls again when nothing else hides them. A-ms-or-moz-value stays unconfirmed unless a later standarddisplayoverrides it (!importantrespected), because browsers differ on it. Adisplay: nonethat wins after the prefixed values still hides the element where squirrel can settle the rule, and adisplayset fromvar()stays unconfirmed. See a11y/button-name.
